Hollyberries is our before and after school provision.

Breakfast Club 7.45am - 8.45am - £5.00

Access is through the dining room door and a breakfast of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, pastries, juice, milk or water is provided.  Table top based activities will be available with a physical activity e.g. 'wake and shake' session at 8.30am before going to class for registration for 8.45am.

After School Club 3.20pm - 6pm - £8.00

Children are collected from their classrooms by the Hollyberries staff.  A light snack is provided.  Children take part in structured play sessions guided by an adult.  The planning for this will include a range of activities using the facilities within the school, e.g. outside play, IT suite, cookery, art area and gardening area.

Collection is from the dining room door only.

Children must be signed in and out by the parents/carers.

Hollyberries is managed by the school and activities are led and implemented by trained members of staff.  The provision is open to all children, from Pre-School to Year 6.

We seek to meet the children's needs and promote their welfare.  Activities  are planned to provide structured play based opportunities to develop children's emotional, physical, social and intellectual capabilities.

Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance and paid for via the My Child at School App (MCAS).

All activities are planned and delivered in small activity groups and there is always a minimum of two adults on duty.

Activities include

  • Arts and Crafts
  • Cooking
  • Outside play
  • Role play
  • Dance and exercise

To support the wellbeing of all children, Holly Berries participate in Just Dance Friday's and Mindfulness Monday's.  We build a fantastic rapport with all children which allows all needs to be met.

We value the student's voice at Hollyfast and we use the ideas and opinions of the children to shape our plans and activities.
